Stefanie nursed Noah again today and again he did very well on his own for 20 minutes! The doctor changed his feeding schedule to one breastfeeding and two bottles per day. However, we're not sure how much of a schedule we'll be able to keep him on with the storm approaching.... and that makes Mommy very sad and very nervous about not being able to see his face or hear his sweet baby noises when he eats. We are asking everyone to PRAY to St. Anthony for divine protection over Noah during the hurricane and for all of the babies in the NICU.
At his 8pm bottle feeding he did well; he scored a 7 and finished his bottle! We couldnt be more thrilled for him and are so thankful. From 8:30-10:15 Daddy kangarooed him and his saturation hovered around 100% - who said hairy chests weren't comfortable!!! Plus, Noah got Richard back for making fun of Mommy for getting poop on her shirt. Heehee:) Twice! Gotta love my boy!
